Fendt Adblue Delete
Fendt are considered the Rolls Royce when it comes to the tractor world but unfortunately I’ve been out to just as many Fendt adblue issues as any other manufacturer. Suffering with the same component failures such as adblue pumps, adblue quality sensors and Nox sensors to name a few.
This year in particular I’ve come across more and more farmers and contractors that have had enough of the repeat repair costs on the adblue system. Although some are keen to keep the machinery as manufactured, in the end the high and repeat repair costs become uneconomical and too much to cover. Add to that the down time when in derate and you are soon eating away any profit.
I’ve also come across several Fendt tractors now, that have started to turn the exhaust white where excess adblue is being injected. This can cause multiple problems such as clogging the exhaust system and high corrosion rate. As we all know adblue crystallises when in contact with the air so any excess adblue injected by a faulty system will start to build up, not only wasting the cost of the adblue itself but also corroding any components it comes in to contact with.
Fortunately I have an adblue solution that removes all these problems. No more error codes or derates just improved reliability. Once the software is applied the tractor will still function as normal, the DPF will still regenerate as it should and all other systems will be unaffected. Diagnostic equipment from independent agricultural engineers and dealers will still connect, function and diagnose as it always has. The adblue delete can be carried out on a faulty machine even in derate and is also fully reversible should you wish.
