Fendt Remaps
If your Fendt isn’t tuned, you’re missing out. Remapping your Fendt will make it the tractor it should be from the factory, improving response and drivability, whilst reducing fuel usage at the same time. Coupled with Fendt Vario Transmission Emulators, this will give you full remapped power to the wheels, you will be amazed at the increased capabilities of your Fendt.
With a remap alone the increased power will only be available to the PTO and make a small difference to initial pull, noticeable when using PTO driven implements to a point but the biggest change comes with the addition of the transmission emulators, these let the transmission use all the remapped engine power. The extra power through the transmission is easily handled by the Fendt Vario as you can see by the table below for comparison across models. The emulators remove the max fuel use limit, this allows the engine to pull the fuel it needs to produce its maximum power and prevent power drop off when heavily loaded, going up hill, or any situation where the load is trying to bring the speed down.
The power drop off is widely recognised by Fendt owners and operators, in fact it’s the same in any tractor using the Fendt Vario transmission. The biggest complaint I get is that other manufacturers older traditionally geared tractors of similar power run rings around the Vario transmission machinery when Pulling up hill. Silaging and bale lugging are a common comparison, on the flat the Fendt goes well but as soon as you get to a hill the speed drops off. A Remap and Emulators will turn the tables and put the Fendt back out front, Reducing the drop off and help it hang on like the more traditional transmissions.
For the most part the Fendt range of engine and transmission combinations are reliable and easily capable of sensible power increases. There are the obvious exceptions like the 828 for example and a couple of others that suffer from engine failures, usually caused by a knock on from EGR issues, (these can also be prevented with an AGR remap)
All AGR Maps are provided in sensible steps to suit the tractors capabilities. High power maps are available on request for tractor pulling, show events, or even if that’s just what you want. Always do your own research and I will provide as much info as I can.
